When this supplement applies
This supplement explains additional information where the EU/EEA or UK data-protection rules apply to our processing of your personal information. It supplements the main Privacy Notice. The controller is Real Nova World Corporation, at 5538 E Galbraith Rd, Apt 38, Cincinnati, OH 45236, United States. Contact real@realnova.world.
Regional representative and data-protection contact details, including any representative or data protection officer actually required and appointed, are: Contact Real Nova World Corporation at real@realnova.world or its published US address. This publication does not identify an appointed EEA or UK representative or data protection officer. New service is limited to Ohio. If your circumstances require a regional contact or other safeguard, RNWC will assess that requirement and restrict the affected processing until it is addressed; Ohio eligibility does not waive applicable rights..
Legal bases
For a person requesting a reading, the information objectively necessary to take requested steps before a purchase and deliver the agreed reading is processed to perform that contract or those requested steps. Payment and financial records are also processed to comply with legal obligations where applicable. This does not make all analytics, content reuse, or another person’s information necessary for your contract.
Necessary security, fraud prevention, and proportionate service administration may be based on legitimate interests, after considering the relevant impact and safeguards. The interests are protecting the service and its users, preventing unauthorized access and payment abuse, and addressing genuine service problems. Optional analytics requiring consent are processed on the basis of the choice you make. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing.
For personal information about the other person in a reading, the applicable basis and the way we provide the required information are: New input requests only the customer's own relationship situation and question, without another person's names, birth details, correspondence or sensitive information. A customer's checkbox supplies neither the other person's consent to RNWC nor an automatic Article 14 exception. If identifiable non-customer information is encountered, RNWC must assess the applicable basis, required notice, rights and potential harm, and restrict or remove information that cannot lawfully be used. Where a valid notice exception is relied on, its reason must be recorded for that particular situation. Contact real@realnova.world without disclosing another person's private report.. A customer’s acceptance of a contract is not automatically a contractual legal basis for processing a non-customer’s information. A customer’s checkbox does not itself establish that another individual has given valid consent to the controller.
We do not invite special-category information such as health, sex-life, sexual-orientation, or religious information in questions. A general agreement to the Terms does not supply the additional legal condition needed to process such information. Where such information is encountered, we assess whether to remove or restrict it and what other steps the law requires.
Information obtained from another person
When information about you is received from someone requesting a compatibility reading, the categories may include your name or alias, birth details, relationship context, and generated inferences. We provide the information required for this situation within the applicable period, subject only to a valid and documented exception. The relevant source and notice arrangements are described above; further information can be requested at real@realnova.world.
We do not treat all partner notifications as automatically exempt. Equally, a notice or rights response must not unnecessarily disclose someone else’s private question or expose a person to harm. We assess these obligations together rather than assuming that one individual’s checkbox resolves them.
Restricted international transfers
The actual destination, recipient, transfer mechanism, and the method for obtaining information about the safeguards are: The current providers and observed settings are described at /privacy/providers. The OpenAI account uses Global residency, and hosting, database, payment and mail services can process information in the United States and elsewhere. No EEA/UK-specific transfer mechanism, certification or zero-retention agreement is asserted solely because a provider offers it. Where a restricted-transfer requirement applies to particular information, RNWC must establish the required safeguards before that processing continues. Contact real@realnova.world for the relevant destination, recipient and safeguard information..
A provider’s willingness to offer a data-processing agreement or standard clauses does not establish that the relevant agreement is in place. We do not describe a provider as certified under a framework unless the relevant certification and scope have been verified. You can ask real@realnova.world for further information about the safeguards applicable to your information.
Your rights
Subject to the relevant conditions and exceptions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or data portability, and withdraw consent where it is relied upon. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your circumstances and object to direct marketing at any time. The main Privacy Notice and Privacy Choices explain how to make a request.
You can complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the authority in the relevant EEA country or the UK Information Commissioner where appropriate. You do not have to contact us first. We do not use entertainment reading scores to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
