1. The purchase
The operator is Real Nova World Corporation. The starter is one complete digital report plus three complete report updates for USD 3.99. Membership costs USD 9.99 for one calendar month, USD 19.99 for three calendar months, or USD 69.90 for twelve calendar months, with unlimited questions, new reports and updates during that term. These are one-time purchases with manual renewal, not recurring payment agreements. Older orders retain their accepted price, features and period. Your checkout displays the total price, currency, included features, and purchased access period before you approve payment. No physical item is shipped.
For a new starter purchase, the 30-day online access period begins only after payment is confirmed, the full report is successfully generated and stored, and it is available through the private access channel. The report and delivery confirmation show expiry in UTC. Three successful complete report updates are included within that period; failed generation does not consume a successful follow-up. New limits do not shorten earlier purchase rights.
Membership time starts only after verified payment and a saved, usable entitlement. Early renewal extends from the later of current expiry and now, using UTC calendar months and month-end clamping. Delayed or unusable service time is considered for correction, an access remedy or the remedy otherwise required. Refunding or reversing one membership purchase ends only that purchase’s generation rights; separate purchases and the existing 30-day reading window of already delivered member reports remain. Membership expiry does not automatically charge your payment method.
Keep your purchase confirmation and PayPal transaction reference. Contact real@realnova.world for payment, delivery, access, cancellation, or refund help. You do not need to send your payment password or complete card details.
2. Delivery and problems getting access
We make the paid reading available through the reading interface after successful payment is confirmed. Report generation and delivery are separate from payment capture. A receipt is not evidence that a report or all included follow-ups were successfully delivered.
If the interface remains pending, fails, or does not give you access after a successful charge, do not repeatedly purchase the same reading. Contact us with the transaction or support reference. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may be completion of delivery, restoration of access, correction, or a refund. We will not require endless retries or leave a verified failure unresolved merely because the product is digital.
Loss of a browser cookie does not automatically cancel an otherwise valid paid entitlement. We may need to verify ownership before restoring access or issuing a remedy. We will not reveal someone else’s reading solely because a request includes its URL or reference.
Material access loss caused by the service is considered for an appropriate remedy; it is not automatically resolved by refreshing a cookie. Online access expiry does not itself delete data or end refund, complaint or privacy rights.
3. When a refund or other remedy is available
A duplicate charge for the same purchase is eligible for refund of the duplicate amount after verification. Correcting a duplicate charge does not cancel the valid original purchase. A charge that you did not authorize should be reported promptly to us and your payment provider, without waiting for an internal support process to finish.
A paid feature that is not delivered, cannot be accessed during the promised period for reasons attributable to the service, or materially fails to match its description is eligible for the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this can include correction, re-supply, a proportionate price reduction, or a refund. These rights apply to included follow-ups as well as the initial report where relevant.
New reports supply AI-written reflection based on your situation and optional clarification answers. The free opening is preserved in the paid article, which adds analysis, choices and practical next steps. Earlier saved reports retain their fixed-exercise format. Neither method predicts events or establishes anyone’s private feelings. The absence of a hoped-for real-world result does not by itself show that the described digital product was defective. This limitation does not excuse misleading claims, charging for an undelivered feature or supplying content that materially differs from its description.
4. Changing your mind and statutory cancellation
Before approving a payment, you can leave checkout without purchasing. A request to cancel after payment should be sent promptly to real@realnova.world or through the online withdrawal option where available. We will check whether delivery has started, what has actually been supplied, and which rights apply.
If your report did not meet your needs, you can request a full refund at /requests?kind=refund or contact real@realnova.world, including after you have read the report. A reason is optional. Reading the report does not block submission of a refund request. We review each request through our existing support process; submitting it is not automatic refund approval or a promise that money has already been returned. Receipt, approval, initiation of a refund and credit by your payment provider or bank are separate steps. Statutory cooling-off, cancellation, quality and other consumer rights take priority. Your original purchase documents and any additional rights expressly promised at purchase remain available.
For qualifying distance purchases in the EEA or UK, you may generally have a 14-day withdrawal or cancellation period starting when the contract is made, subject to the relevant local rules and exceptions. An exception for immediately supplied digital content applies only when its legal requirements have been met, including the necessary prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and confirmation. Accepting general Terms, paying, or receiving personalized content is not, on its own, a valid waiver.
A report and later follow-up services may be treated differently. Starting supply of one element does not automatically remove rights relating to every undelivered element. Where a service begins at your express request during a cancellation period, any permitted proportionate charge or loss of the cancellation right is assessed under the applicable service rules. Faulty or non-conforming content rights are not waived by a digital-delivery acknowledgement.
We provide a withdrawal notice and, where required for an eligible online contract, an online withdrawal function at /withdrawal. You may also send any clear statement of your decision to withdraw to real@realnova.world. Using the sample form is optional. We will not make a new account or access to the original reading session a condition for communicating a legally valid withdrawal.
5. How to request help or a refund
Use /requests?kind=refund. When your private browser can identify the purchase, we associate it with your request and reuse an available verified contact email. Otherwise, supply a reply email and any purchase date, amount or transaction reference you have; a reference is not required to contact us. A refund reason is optional. You do not need to include the full reading, another person’s birth information, or sensitive relationship details unless a specific, necessary step is explained.
A request acknowledgement confirms receipt; it is not a guarantee that a refund has been approved. We will respond within legally applicable periods and explain any information reasonably needed for verification. Do not delay contacting your payment provider or exercising a statutory right while waiting for us.
6. How refunds and access changes work
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible and lawful. Timing for the money to appear can depend on PayPal, the funding source, and any applicable legal deadline. We will confirm the action we have taken rather than promise a bank settlement date we do not control. Where the law requires a refund within a specific period, we will comply with that requirement.
When the full price of a purchase is refunded or the underlying payment is finally reversed, its paid access may end. A partial refund or refund of an accidental duplicate does not automatically justify removing the entire valid entitlement. Temporary restrictions during a genuine payment or security investigation must be proportionate. A complaint or refund request alone is not a reason to punish a customer.
We may retain minimal transaction and refund records as explained in the Privacy Notice. A refund does not by itself erase all personal information; you can separately exercise privacy rights.
7. Payment-provider and legal rights
You remain free to use PayPal’s dispute process, contact your bank, or pursue any other available remedy. This policy does not restrict those rights, impose an extra internal deadline on them, or require you to waive a claim to receive an undisputed refund. Provider decisions are governed by the provider’s terms and applicable law.
