Manage optional analytics
Use Privacy Settings to allow or reject optional analytics. Necessary private-reading access, security, and transaction records are handled separately from that preference. Refusing optional analytics does not stop you from receiving the service you request. You can change a choice at any time.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal is respected for any covered sale or sharing activity, and Bondora also leaves optional analytics off while that signal is present.
Ask to access, correct, or delete information
Contact real@realnova.world with the subject “Bondora privacy request.” Describe your request and give us a contact method for our response. A transaction or support reference can help us locate records, but is not mandatory when you do not have one. Do not include passwords, access cookies, full payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
You can request information about a reading even if someone else entered your details. Tell us that you are the other person in a reading without reproducing unnecessary details. We will determine a proportionate way to locate and verify the relevant information. We will not confirm or disclose another person’s private use of the service to an unverified requester.
We may ask for additional information reasonably needed to verify your identity, authority, or the scope of the request. A publicly known name and birth date are not sufficient proof on their own. Authorized agents may need to provide evidence of authority. Verification is used to protect information, not to create unnecessary obstacles.
What happens after a request
We acknowledge and handle requests through the working contact or request channel. A confirmation that a request was received is not a statement that data has already been deleted, exported, or corrected. We respond within the legally applicable period and explain any permitted extension, refusal, or limitation and any available appeal route.
Deleting a reading can end your ability to use that content or its remaining follow-ups. We explain relevant consequences and preserve applicable payment and consumer remedies. Some minimal transaction, legal, or security records may need to be retained for a justified period. We do not describe those retained records as deleted.
An export or access response must protect other people’s information as well as yours. Correcting or removing a false personal inference does not require you to agree with the rest of an AI interpretation.
Object, withdraw consent, or appeal
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable, withdraw consent for future consent-based processing, or object to direct marketing at any time. State which activity concerns you so we can apply the request correctly. For optional analytics, Privacy Settings provide a direct control.
Where an applicable US state law gives you an appeal right, reply to the decision or email real@realnova.world with the subject “Privacy request appeal.” We will review the decision and explain the outcome and available further complaint route. You may complain to the competent regulator without first completing an internal process.
Providers, storage, and international handling
The current approved provider and processing information is available at /privacy/providers. The Cookie and Browser Storage Notice lists active browser storage and its purposes. For relevant retention or international-transfer information, contact real@realnova.world. EEA/UK information, where applicable, appears at /privacy/eea-uk.
Optional background from your own report (confirmed-background-20260928-v1)
Background reuse is off unless you choose it. You can select one original user statement from a current, available report owned by your signed-in account, check its relationship and date, edit it or cancel. AI explanations, examples, actions and suggestions are not imported as facts. Copied reports cannot be copied again in this first version. Continuing manually works without reuse.
Ordinary follow-ups do not automatically read or combine other topics. This optional choice is different: you separately select, edit and submit your own original words as a new input. It never imports an old AI report.
Only the statement you confirm becomes a saved input to the new report. We retain its source report and version, statement labels, confirmation date, account identifier, notice version and whether you edited it, so we can track the copy and process content requests. The candidate and edits stay in page memory before submission; leaving or changing accounts clears them. No extra model request is made to list or select background. Confirmed input uses the same report-generation purpose and providers as your new question.
Before submission, a changed source, identity, version or permission requires clearing or confirming background again. After submission, the confirmed snapshot is an independent new input: the source's later expiry or deletion alone does not erase it. Canceling the picker before submission creates no copy.
Managing report content (reading-linked-erasure-20260928-v1)
Signed-in report owners can open My reports → Manage report content. Review either one entire report or the exact connected group formed by confirmed background copies. The displayed scope includes all saved versions and later content in each listed report, not just the copied statement. A changed group requires another scope confirmation. A single-report request leaves confirmed input in other reports; a connected-group request includes the listed source and copied reports.
A committed request immediately restricts server access and further processing for its listed reports. PENDING_RESTRICTED means review or cleanup is still pending; it is not deletion. ONLINE_ERASED is shown only after every listed report has an actual online-content cleanup receipt. Unsettled provider work, payments, refunds, disputes, controlled evidence and other retained obligations can require review. The request does not reset or cancel other reports, membership, financial records or support and refund rights. Keep the request reference to check progress or ask support for help.
Already delivered browser content, downloads and printed copies cannot be recalled. Online erasure does not claim deletion from providers or all backups. Minimal copy links, consent scope, identifiers, dates and cleanup progress remain to prevent deleted or restricted content from returning during a restore; financial and rights evidence follows its existing retention rules. Restores must replay externally preserved completed cleanup receipts and pending restrictions, verify completeness against the original primary, and remain unavailable when that proof is missing.
