Manage optional analytics
Use Privacy Settings to allow or reject optional analytics. Necessary private-reading access, security, and transaction records are handled separately from that preference. Refusing optional analytics does not stop you from receiving the service you request. You can change a choice at any time.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal is respected for any covered sale or sharing activity, and Bondora also leaves optional analytics off while that signal is present.
Ask to access, correct, or delete information
Contact real@realnova.world with the subject “Bondora privacy request.” Describe your request and give us a contact method for our response. A transaction or support reference can help us locate records, but is not mandatory when you do not have one. Do not include passwords, access cookies, full payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
You can request information about a reading even if someone else entered your details. Tell us that you are the other person in a reading without reproducing unnecessary details. We will determine a proportionate way to locate and verify the relevant information. We will not confirm or disclose another person’s private use of the service to an unverified requester.
We may ask for additional information reasonably needed to verify your identity, authority, or the scope of the request. A publicly known name and birth date are not sufficient proof on their own. Authorized agents may need to provide evidence of authority. Verification is used to protect information, not to create unnecessary obstacles.
What happens after a request
We acknowledge and handle requests through the working contact or request channel. A confirmation that a request was received is not a statement that data has already been deleted, exported, or corrected. We respond within the legally applicable period and explain any permitted extension, refusal, or limitation and any available appeal route.
Deleting a reading can end your ability to use that content or its remaining follow-ups. We explain relevant consequences and preserve applicable payment and consumer remedies. Some minimal transaction, legal, or security records may need to be retained for a justified period. We do not describe those retained records as deleted.
An export or access response must protect other people’s information as well as yours. Correcting or removing a false personal inference does not require you to agree with the rest of an AI interpretation.
Object, withdraw consent, or appeal
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable, withdraw consent for future consent-based processing, or object to direct marketing at any time. State which activity concerns you so we can apply the request correctly. For optional analytics, Privacy Settings provide a direct control.
Where an applicable US state law gives you an appeal right, reply to the decision or email real@realnova.world with the subject “Privacy request appeal.” We will review the decision and explain the outcome and available further complaint route. You may complain to the competent regulator without first completing an internal process.

The current approved provider and processing information is available at /privacy/providers. The Cookie and Browser Storage Notice lists active browser storage and its purposes.
