1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
Bondora is operated by Real Nova World Corporation, with its business contact address at 5538 E Galbraith Rd, Apt 38, Cincinnati, OH 45236, United States. In these Terms, “Bondora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that operator. You can contact us at real@realnova.world.
These Terms govern your use of the Bondora website and the readings and related digital features we provide. When you affirmatively accept these Terms to request a reading or make a purchase, you enter into a contract with the operator. Do not request a reading or purchase a product unless you agree to the applicable Terms. You may read our public legal and informational pages without purchasing anything.
New readings and purchases are limited to adults actually receiving the service in Ohio for private, non-business use. Other states, the District of Columbia and US territories are not included in this offer. The eligibility step identifies the service area before you submit relationship information. Public information, existing purchase rights, support and applicable privacy or refund requests remain available when new service is unavailable in your region.
Our Refund, Cancellation and Digital Delivery Policy forms part of the terms of a purchase. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information; acknowledging that notice is not consent to every form of data processing. The product details and total price presented before you pay also form part of your purchase. Mandatory rights under the law that applies to you take priority over any conflicting provision.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the contract where you live. Where a higher age is necessary to enter into this contract, that higher requirement applies. Do not submit information about a person under 18, including as the other person in a compatibility reading.
The service is not intended for children. Do not misrepresent your age or submit another person’s information to bypass eligibility rules. We may decline a request or stop processing if information indicates that the service is being used contrary to these requirements.
3. What a Bondora reading is—and is not
Bondora offers AI-assisted relationship reflection for entertainment and personal reflection. In the current product, AI selects exercises from a small fixed catalog using the relationship situation and question you write. The server supplies the exercise text and shows the whole submitted statements used in the selection. Exercises can repeat. This is not an independently verified prediction, scientifically validated compatibility assessment, or professional astrological or BaZi consultation.
New reflections do not produce compatibility scores, birth charts, timing windows, or factual descriptions of another person’s feelings. Older saved readings may contain simulated scores, labels, or generated interpretations; their original content remains clearly identified as legacy content. Those older outputs are not measured probabilities, clinical findings, or verified conclusions about anyone.
You are interacting with software, not a human psychic, therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or emergency service. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, inconsistent, or inappropriate to your circumstances. No individual human review of every reading is promised. Use your own judgment and verify important information independently.
Do not use a reading to make medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, insurance, or similarly consequential decisions. It is not a substitute for qualified professional help, direct communication, consent, or respect for another person’s boundaries. Paying for a report purchases digital content, not a particular prediction or real-world result.
4. Your information and another person’s privacy
The new reading form requests your relationship situation and question, not names, birth dates, birth times, or birth places. Describe only what is needed for your reflection. Do not identify unnecessary third parties or paste private correspondence. Information in your own words can still identify you or another person.
Submit another adult’s information only with their informed permission for its use in this AI reading, including the relevant handling described in the Privacy Notice, or another lawful authority that applies to the specific circumstances. Show them the Privacy Notice. Do not assume that information is free to use simply because you found it online. Your confirmation does not remove Bondora’s own duties under privacy law.
Do not submit identity documents, passwords, payment card details, precise current location, private correspondence, or information about health, sex life, sexual orientation, religion, or other particularly sensitive matters. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information. Keep relationship questions focused on the situation without identifying unnecessary third parties.
You retain any rights you have in the information you supply. You grant us permission to process it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and administer the requested service and as otherwise described in the Privacy Notice. This permission is not an unrestricted right to sell your personal story, publish it, or use it in advertising.
5. Free previews and paid products
A free preview does not commit you to purchase. The checkout identifies the paid product, its included features, the access period, the total amount due, and the currency before you approve payment. The current full-reading product is a one-time purchase for one full reading with up to three included follow-up questions about that reading, subject to the product description shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.
The displayed and accepted USD price is the final total you pay to Bondora. We do not add a Bondora tax, service fee, processing fee or payment surcharge at checkout or after you approve that total. The current Ohio personal-use service is classified as not subject to Ohio sales tax; that classification does not apply to other products, uses or markets. Your payment provider may separately apply a currency-conversion or funding charge under its agreement with you, which RNWC does not control.
Payments are processed through PayPal. You authorize the specific payment you approve within its checkout flow. Approval and successful payment capture are separate steps; full paid access is activated after we confirm successful payment. Do not pay a second time merely because a page is slow or a result has not yet appeared. Check your payment status or contact support first.
Any future subscription or materially different paid service would require its own clear offer and affirmative agreement. Purchasing today’s reading does not authorize future recurring charges.
6. Digital delivery and access
Your purchase is delivered digitally through the reading interface. No physical product is shipped. Generation may take time or occasionally fail. A payment confirmation by itself is not confirmation that every purchased feature has been delivered. Where delivery fails, the remedies in the Refund, Cancellation and Digital Delivery Policy apply.
For a new purchase under this offer, online access lasts for 30 continuous days after the first successful delivery of the full report. First successful delivery means payment is confirmed, the complete report is successfully generated and stored, and access has been made available through your private access channel. The period does not start with the free preview, an undelivered payment, or the first time you actually open the report. The report page and delivery confirmation show the exact expiry in UTC. Up to three successful included follow-ups must be used within those 30 days; a failed generation does not use a successful follow-up. There is no hidden follow-up charge or unlimited-question promise.
These new time limits do not shorten rights from earlier purchases. Renewing a browser session does not extend the purchased period, and losing a cookie does not cancel a still-valid entitlement. You can print or save the report through your browser during access for personal retention; no other download format is promised. Online access expiry is separate from data retention, deletion and the continuing ability to raise a refund, complaint or privacy request.
A technical session expiry does not remove a purchased entitlement that is still valid. We will provide reasonable assistance to restore access after suitable verification or address a failure to deliver the paid service. Do not assume that a reading is automatically saved in an account, emailed to you, or recoverable on another device unless the interface expressly provides that feature.
A private browser session protects the reading. Clearing cookies or changing a browser or device can affect access. A reading URL, support reference, transaction reference or payment email alone is not proof that you may see a report. Contact support for verification and assistance; automated cross-device recovery is not promised. Material access loss caused by the service will be considered for an appropriate remedy under the purchase terms and applicable law.
Where you have a statutory cooling-off right, starting digital delivery during that period may require a separate request and acknowledgement. Agreeing to these Terms alone is not a waiver of that right. Rights concerning defective or non-conforming content remain available.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Bondora to harass, stalk, threaten, manipulate, defraud, impersonate, or discriminate against anyone, or to encourage self-harm or violence. Do not use readings as evidence of a person’s private conduct or as a way to pressure them into a relationship. Do not represent yourself as acting with another person’s consent when you are not.
Do not bypass payment or access controls, access another person’s reading, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or conduct automated extraction that infringes rights or materially harms the service. Good-faith security reporting should go through the contact channel rather than testing against other people’s information.
We may decline unsafe questions or restrict abusive activity. A refusal to generate prohibited content does not entitle you to obtain that content. The circumstances of any paid-service failure will still be considered under the refund policy and applicable law.
8. Content and intellectual property
We or our licensors retain rights in our software, original website materials, branding, and other protected materials. Subject to these Terms, you may access the service and use the content delivered to you for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may save a permitted copy of your own reading and share appropriate excerpts, provided you respect the other person’s privacy and do not imply that Bondora has verified the claims in it.
AI output may resemble other output and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection. We do not promise that you receive an exclusive or copyrightable work. Nothing in these Terms transfers another person’s rights to you or restricts a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
We will not publish your private reading or use your identifiable testimonial in marketing without a separate, appropriate permission. Feedback about the interface or functionality may be used to improve the service without identifying you, unless we agree otherwise.
9. Service changes, restrictions, and ending use
You may stop using Bondora at any time. Stopping use does not itself delete stored information; the Privacy Choices and Requests page explains how to request deletion. Deleting a reading can make it impossible to continue using that reading, and we will explain that consequence before completing a verified request where practicable. Privacy rights are not conditional on surrendering consumer rights.
We may change unpaid features or temporarily restrict access for security, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to raise an error. We will not use this provision to remove a paid feature without considering the remedy required by the purchase terms and applicable law. Opening a good-faith complaint, requesting a refund, or exercising a privacy right is not, by itself, abuse.
10. Reliability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or the truth of an AI interpretation. The limitations of entertainment content do not excuse charging for content that is not supplied or materially differs from its description.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, losses caused by misuse contrary to these Terms, or losses arising from a business use of a service supplied for personal use. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or other non-excludable obligations. Nothing here removes statutory guarantees or remedies for consumers, or rights concerning personal information.
You remain responsible for your own decisions. This is not a blanket release of Bondora from its legal responsibilities.
11. Complaints, applicable law, and disputes
Please contact real@realnova.world with your transaction or reading reference and a brief description of the issue. We will consider the complaint in good faith. You may also use any payment-provider dispute process, regulator, court, or other remedy available to you. Contacting us first is encouraged, not a condition that removes a legal right or shortens an external filing deadline.
The law and courts applicable to a dispute are determined under applicable law. These Terms do not require private arbitration, waive class or collective remedies, or remove any mandatory protection or court access available to consumers in their place of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms and other provisions
We will publish the effective date and version of these Terms. Material changes will be brought to your attention in an appropriate way before they apply, and we will obtain fresh agreement where required. A new version will not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an earlier purchase. Keep a copy of the version and purchase details you accepted.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as lawful. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. We may transfer the operation of the service only subject to applicable law and without reducing your contractual or privacy rights. Statutory requirements for local-language information take priority over any translation convention.
