This page allows you to send a withdrawal or cancellation notice for a Bondora purchase. Whether a statutory withdrawal right applies, and whether an exception has validly taken effect, depends on the purchase, what was supplied, your choices before supply, and the applicable law. Read the Refund, Cancellation and Digital Delivery Policy for details. A digital-content exception does not remove rights concerning faulty or non-conforming content.
You do not need a new account or the original reading-session cookie to send a notice. Online notice
Enter your name, information identifying the contract, and the electronic contact method where you wish to receive confirmation. A transaction or support reference, if available, helps identify the purchase. Do not supply a payment password, full card details, or private reading content.
Review your notice before selecting “Confirm withdrawal.” That action submits the notice. The private browser acknowledgement includes your notice and its submission date and time; save or print that acknowledgement. The initial email contains only a reference and fixed instructions, to avoid sending private notice content to an unverified address. The request status distinguishes a recorded notice, provider acceptance, and any unconfirmed or failed email delivery. This acknowledgement does not prejudge any question about eligibility, verification, or refund amount.
Where you exercise an applicable statutory right within its deadline, further verification must not cause a timely notice to be treated as late. If the online submission fails or you do not receive confirmation, keep a copy of your notice and use the alternative contact method promptly.
